SHIPPING POLICY
- Shipping in USA, Canada, Australia, Eurpoe, Thailand, Brazil. Other countries should confirmed with our customer service on WhatsApp.
- Orders processed within 10-16 business days, all the packages will shipped from China.
- Tracking ticket will be created within 2-4 days, sometime may be delayed due to Chinese holiday.
- Tracking the package status will be available after the package finished custom clearance, or just let our customer service team know on WhatsApp.

Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery date.
