Refund and Return Policy

  • All sales are final
  • We will do 100% refund or re-ship the package if sent wrong products or products on the order are mssing on the shippment.
  • We provide insurance service for each order, the insurance charge will be 8% of total order amount. We will do 100% or re-ship the package if the order was sezied by custom and 15% refund for the order be deliveried over 18 days.
  • If the product is insoluble in BAC water, appear cloudy, or has expired, please let us team know on WhatsApp in 72 hours, we will check the situation and issue the refund.
